of Monarch Hydraulics, a fifth generation, privately-held
family business. Prior to Monarch, George spent five years
as Director with the Wing Group in Beijing, China, where
he was responsible for investing activities. |

Mike was formerly the chairman
of Perrigo Company, one of the largest manufacturers of
store- brand over-the-counter pharmaceutical and nutritional
products. During his 20 years at Perrigo, Mike led two
management buyouts and an initial public offering in 1991. |

John is the Chairman and Chief
Executive of Autocam Corporation, a very large international
manufacturer of precision machined products. He purchased
Autocam in 1988, led an initial public offering in 1991,
and subsequently participated in two separate buyouts
led by financial sponsor groups. |
